At The Lunar Eclipse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have outlined our returns and refunds process below to make the experience as smooth as possible.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as when it was received
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@thelunareclipse.store before sending any items back. Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer's expense.
Damages & Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@thelunareclipse.store with a description and photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us before initiating a request.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The most efficient way to obtain a different item is to return your original purchase once approved, and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your desired item without delay.
European Union β 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled by law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification. The item must still meet our standard return eligibility conditions β unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging β and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the amount to your account
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info@thelunareclipse.store and we will investigate immediately.
